We began our journey with Touchstone just as they were poised at the critical juncture of explosive growth, as a growth partner we provided support and insights needed to help navigate and fuel their ascent.  Over the span of seven years, we successfully completed twenty-seven diverse projects across the United States in collaboration with Touchstone. Our portfolio encompasses a wide range of initiatives, including new development support at concept level, the establishment of new DeNovo Centers, significant renovations to existing facilities, and the installation of cutting-edge imaging equipment. Furthermore, our comprehensive support extended to new development due diligence, serving as the owner's representative in both design and construction phases. This pivotal role facilitated seamless transitions to facility occupancy, culminating in the welcoming of the first patient.

Summit BHC also a powerhouse company currently in rapid expansion and explosive growth phase. To date, we have been involved in supporting various stages of projects at twenty-one and counting different facilities and potential developments across the United States, with ongoing activities in some and more lined up for future engagement. As a instrumental team member we provide strategic support to  leadership through the initial stages of development planning, navigating the complexities of property entitlement, Certificate of Need (CON), and zoning processes. Our involvement extends to early concept design planning, project design, and construction, where we serve as the Owner's Representative. This comprehensive approach ensures a streamlined path to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) and the milestone of welcoming the first patient.
