Marvin Turner, Principal

Marvin brings over 25 years of expertise in commercial construction. While in college, he began estimating and managing K-12 and Tennessee University projects for METRO Nashville and the Tennessee Board of Regents. With 15 years as a General Contractor, Marvin has extensive experience in estimating and managing diverse commercial projects. Additionally, he has over a decade of experience as a project manager and owner's representative for Healthcare companies and other clients.

Sunny Turner, Principal

Sunny began her career at Ernst & Young LLP straight out of college while working toward her CPA license. She later joined a behavioral health company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, where she played a key role in its rapid growth. During her tenure, the company expanded from a small group of facilities into one of the largest publicly traded behavioral healthcare organizations in the country, eventually serving as Vice President of Internal Audit.
