Marvin Turner, Principal

Marvin brings over 30 years of expertise in commercial construction. While in college, he began estimating and project management for K-12 and Tennessee University projects for METRO Nashville and the Tennessee Board of Regents. With 15 years as a General Contractor, Marvin has extensive experience in estimating and managing diverse commercial projects. Additionally, he has over a decade of experience as a project manager and owner's representative for Healthcare companies and other clients.

Sunny Turner, Principal

Over the course of 25 years of expertise in navigating complex business operations and resolving critical challenges, began her career at Ernst & Young LLP straight out of college while working toward her CPA license. She later joined a behavioral health company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, where she played a key role in its rapid growth. During her tenure, the company expanded from a small group of facilities into one of the largest publicly traded behavioral healthcare organizations in the country, serving as Vice President of Internal Audit.
