Is hiring a project manager / OWner's representative another project cost? do we really need that guy?

When engaged before a shovel hits the ground, before a Architect or Contractor is hired, that's when a PM firm can save the client the most money. But we can assist the owner bringing value and savings to the table at any point of the project process.
how involved will the project manager / owner's representative be in the project?

Do the General Contractor and Architect perform the same functions as an Owner's Representative Project Manager in a construction project?
​We do not replace the General Contractor,  Architect, Engineers, or other Subject Matter Experts that may be required for a project; instead, our primary objective is to facilitate their smooth and organized performance, keeping the owner's plans, costs, and schedule in mind. With 25 years of project experience, we possess a deep understanding of team member responsibilities, a critical skill acquired only through extensive hands-on exposure.  Every project is unique, yes, but all are similar in a lot of ways. Managing a construction project can be a complex endeavor, involving thousands of tasks, decisions, resolutions, and solutions that must converge harmoniously for a successful outcome. Our approach is to simplify this process by providing unwavering support to the owner, ensuring that every party involved is effectively performing their tasks with a focus on time and budget.
